The number of staff representatives elected by each of the two electoral colleges provided for in 1° and 2° of B of II of article L. 1233-5 is set by order of the Minister responsible for regional planning, no later than six months before the date of renewal of the social administration committee.
This number is set on the basis of the respective numbers of employees in each college, divided by the total number of employees, multiplied by the total number of seats for permanent staff representatives. Where the number obtained is not a whole number, it is rounded up to the next whole number if the decimal is greater than or equal to five, or rounded down to the next whole number if the decimal is less than five. The resulting whole numbers correspond to the number of elected full representatives per college.
However, except where the number of electors in one of the colleges is less than four, the Social Administration Committee comprises at least two full representatives and two alternate representatives elected by each college, without the total number of full and alternate staff representatives on the Social Administration Committee resulting from the application of this paragraph being greater than eighteen.
