Article R1235-6 of the French Public Health Code

The list of health establishments authorised to remove or transplant organs in application of articles L. 1233-1 and L. 1234-2 is drawn up and kept up to date by the Director General of the regional health agency responsible for issuing authorisations. This list is sent to the Minister for Health, the Minister for Customs, the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé and the Agence de la biomédecine.

La liste des établissements de santé autorisés à prélever ou à greffer des organes en application des articles L. 1233-1 et L. 1234-2 est établie et tenue à jour par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé compétente pour délivrer les autorisations. Cette liste est transmise au ministre chargé de la santé, au ministre chargé des douanes, à l’Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé et à l’Agence de la biomédecine.
