Article R1261-22 of the French Public Health Code

When, for a medical training activity mentioned in the last paragraph of article R. 1261-12, a health establishment or a training organisation asks the person in charge of the body reception facility to allow its staff access to the premises or the temporary removal of the body outside the body reception facility and the establishment authorised in accordance with the second paragraph of article L. 1261-1, the referral to the Ethics, Science and Education Committee must be accompanied by a draft agreement.

This sub-section applies to research projects sent to the head of the body reception facility by a body outside the establishment authorised in accordance with the second paragraph of article L. 1261-1, under the conditions provided for in the last paragraph of article R. 1261-12.

Lorsque, pour une activité de formation médicale mentionnée au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 1261-12, un établissement de santé ou un organisme de formation sollicite de la part du responsable de la structure d’accueil des corps l’accès de ses personnels aux locaux ou la sortie temporaire du corps en dehors de la structure d’accueil des corps et de l’établissement autorisé conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1261-1, la saisine du comité d’éthique, scientifique et pédagogique doit être accompagnée d’un projet de convention.


La présente sous-section s’applique aux projets de recherche adressés au responsable de la structure d’accueil des corps par un organisme extérieur à l’établissement autorisé conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1261-1, dans les conditions prévues au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 1261-12.
