Article R1261-26 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Public partner institutions within the meaning of II of article R. 1261-19 enter into an agreement with the institution authorised in accordance with the second paragraph of article L. 1261-1 of this code.

II.-Training institutions mentioned in article L. 732-1 of the Education Code authorised under the conditions provided for in this article enter into an agreement with an institution authorised in accordance with the second paragraph of article L. 1261-1.

The agreement is approved by an order of the Minister responsible for higher education.

Article R1261-26

I.-Les établissements publics partenaires au sens du II de l’article R. 1261-19 concluent une convention avec l’établissement autorisé conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1261-1 du présent code.

II.-Les établissements de formation mentionnés à l’article L. 732-1 du code de l’éducation autorisés dans les conditions prévues par le présent article concluent une convention avec un établissement autorisé conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1261-1.

La convention est approuvée par un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’enseignement supérieur.
