Article R1263-16 of the French Labour Code

From the day of receipt of the injunction referred to in Article L. 1262-4-3, the employer posting employees and, where applicable, the principal contracting with the latter shall inform the project owner or the principal within seven days of the measures taken to put an end to the situation.

The client or the instructing party shall immediately forward this information to the enforcement officer who issued the alert or inform the latter, as soon as the time limit has expired, of the absence of a response.

A compter du jour de la réception de l’injonction mentionnée à l’article L. 1262-4-3, l’employeur détachant des salariés et, le cas échéant, le donneur d’ordre cocontractant de ce dernier informent dans un délai de sept jours le maître d’ouvrage ou le donneur d’ordre des mesures prises pour faire cesser la situation.

Le maître d’ouvrage ou le donneur d’ordre transmet aussitôt cette information à l’agent de contrôle auteur du signalement ou informe celui-ci, dès l’expiration du délai imparti, de l’absence de réponse.
