All natural persons practising as sworn freight brokers are entitled to vote and stand for election as soon as they have been sworn in. They cease to be so in the event of striking off the roll or resignation.

Chaque personne physique exerçant la profession de courtier de marchandises assermenté en activité est électeur et éligible dès sa prestation de serment. Elle cesse de l’être en cas de radiation ou de démission.
