Article R131-27 of the French Commercial code

Candidate declarations must be handed in against a receipt, or sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, no later than one month before the opening date of the ballot, to the president of the Conseil national des courtiers de marchandises assermentés (National Council of Sworn Freight Brokers).

No later than fifteen days before the opening date of the ballot, the President of the National Council of Sworn Commodity Brokers shall send to each voter and for each candidate a ballot paper including the surname and first name of the candidate and a proxy voting form.

Les déclarations de candidature sont remises contre récépissé, ou adressées par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, au plus tard un mois avant la date d’ouverture du scrutin, au président du Conseil national des courtiers de marchandises assermentés.

Quinze jours au plus tard avant la date d’ouverture du scrutin, le président du Conseil national des courtiers de marchandises assermentés adresse à chaque électeur et pour chaque candidat un bulletin de vote comprenant le nom et le prénom du candidat ainsi qu’un formulaire de vote par procuration.
