Article R1313-19 of the French Public Health Code

The Chief Executive represents the institution in legal proceedings and in all civil acts. He enters into contracts and agreements, purchases and sales and transactions on behalf of the institution, subject to the powers conferred on the Board of Directors by article R. 1313-14 and within the limits set by the Board of Directors.

Article R1313-19

Le directeur général représente l’établissement en justice et dans tous les actes de la vie civile. Il passe au nom de l’établissement les contrats et marchés, les actes d’acquisition et de vente et les transactions, sous réserve des attributions conférées au conseil d’administration par l’article R. 1313-14 et dans les limites fixées par le conseil d’administration.
