Article R1313-21 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General communicates the Agency’s opinions and recommendations to the ministers responsible for agriculture, consumer affairs, the environment, health and labour, as well as to the other ministers concerned, and ensures that they are publicised.

Each year, he sends the Agency’s annual report to the Prime Minister, the ministers concerned and the presidents of the two parliamentary assemblies and the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, and ensures that it is publicised.

Le directeur général communique aux ministres chargés de l’agriculture, de la consommation, de l’environnement, de la santé et du travail, ainsi qu’aux autres ministres concernés, les avis et recommandations de l’agence et assure leur publicité.


Il adresse chaque année au Premier ministre, aux ministres concernés et aux présidents des deux assemblées parlementaires et du Conseil économique, social et environnemental le rapport d’activité de l’agence et assure sa publicité.
