Article R132-18 of the French Sports Code

Pursuant to II of article 21 of the law of 12 April 2000 and by way of exception to the application of the two-month period provided for in the first paragraph of I of this article, the period on expiry of which silence kept by a professional league is deemed to constitute a decision of acceptance is four months for:

1° Applications for sports club accreditation;

2° Requests for validation of school or vocational education or university training for young sportsmen and women in training centres belonging to a sports association or a sports company.

En application du II de l’article 21 de la loi du 12 avril 2000 et par exception à l’application du délai de deux mois prévu au premier alinéa du I de cet article, le délai à l’expiration duquel le silence gardé par une ligue professionnelle vaut décision d’acceptation est de quatre mois pour :


1° Les demandes de labellisation de club sportif ;


2° Les demandes de validation de l’enseignement scolaire ou professionnel ou de la formation universitaire des jeunes sportifs en centre de formation relevant d’une association sportive ou d’une société sportive.
