Article R1321-63 of the French Public Health Code

For installations, services and organisations under the authority or under the supervision of the Minister of Defence, a decree of this Minister shall lay down the specific procedures for applying the provisions of this section in order to take account of:

1° The respective prerogatives of the civilian and military authorities ;

2° The military authorities’ own sanitary control and water quality monitoring resources.

Article R1321-63

Pour les installations, services et organismes relevant de l’autorité ou placés sous la tutelle du ministre de la défense, un arrêté de ce ministre fixe les modalités spécifiques d’application des dispositions de la présente section pour tenir compte :

1° Des prérogatives respectives des autorités civiles et des autorités militaires ;

2° Des moyens propres de contrôle sanitaire et de surveillance de la qualité des eaux dont disposent les autorités militaires.
