Article R1322-15 of the French Public Health Code

Any change in the name of the source, the owner or the operator, without any change in the operating conditions, must be declared to the Prefect.

In the event of a transfer, the person newly holding the authorisation must provide proof that he or she meets the conditions set out in article R. 1322-16 relating to the existing sanitary emergence perimeter.

Article R1322-15

Le changement du nom de la source, du propriétaire ou de l’exploitant, sans modification des conditions d’exploitation, fait l’objet d’une déclaration au préfet.

En cas de cession, la personne nouvellement titulaire de l’autorisation apporte la preuve qu’elle remplit les conditions fixées par l’article R. 1322-16 relatives au périmètre sanitaire d’émergence existant.
