Article R1322-44-2 of the French Public Health Code

The verification of water quality carried out by the Regional Health Agency, as part of the provisions of article R. 1322-40, includes an analysis programme for the sanitary control of natural mineral water.

In order to carry out this programme, water samples are taken by the agency’s departments or by the staff of a laboratory approved under the conditions mentioned in article R. 1322-44-3.

La vérification de la qualité de l’eau réalisée par l’agence régionale de santé, dans le cadre des dispositions prévues à l’article R. 1322-40, comporte un programme d’analyse du contrôle sanitaire de l’eau minérale naturelle.

Pour la réalisation de ce programme, les prélèvements d’échantillons d’eau sont effectués par les services de l’agence ou les agents d’un laboratoire agréé dans les conditions mentionnées à l’article R. 1322-44-3.
