Furnished or furnished accommodation, premises used for collective accommodation and tourist accommodation are subject to the provisions of this section, subject to the specific requirements laid down for them by this sub-section and without prejudice to the provisions applicable to some of these premises by virtue of special legislation.

Les logements meublés ou garnis, les locaux affectés à l’hébergement collectif ainsi que les hébergements touristiques sont soumis aux dispositions de la présente section, sous réserve des prescriptions qui leur sont particulières édictées par la présente sous-section et sans préjudice des dispositions applicables à certains de ces locaux en vertu de législations spéciales.
