Article R1333-138 of the French Public Health Code

The person responsible for the nuclear activity must inform the Nuclear Safety Authority of the following prior to their implementation:

1° Any change in the radiation protection advisor referred to in Article R. 1333-18 or Article R. 4451-112 of the Labour Code;

2° Any change to the elements of the declaration or the application, registration or authorisation file other than those cited in Article R. 1333-137.

Article R1333-138

Font l’objet, par le responsable de l’activité nucléaire et préalablement à leur mise en œuvre, d’une information de l’Autorité de sûreté nucléaire :

1° Tout changement du conseiller en radioprotection mentionné à l’article R. 1333-18 ou à l’article R. 4451-112 du code du travail ;

2° Toute modification des éléments de la déclaration ou du dossier de demande, d’enregistrement ou d’autorisation autre que celles citées à l’article R. 1333-137.
