Article R1335-13 of the French Public Health Code

The persons mentioned in article R. 1335-2 shall make the agreement and the monitoring documents mentioned in articles R. 1335-3 and R. 1335-4 available to the competent control officers, in particular the officers mentioned in articles L. 1421-1 and L. 1435-7.
