Article R1336-16 of the French Public Health Code

Natural persons are also liable to the additional penalty of confiscation of the sound systems or equipment used to commit the offence.

Legal entities found liable, under the conditions set out inarticle 121-2 of the French Penal Code, for the offences defined in R. 1336-14 and R. 1336-15 will be liable to confiscation of the sound equipment used to commit the offence.

Les personnes physiques encourent également la peine complémentaire de confiscation des dispositifs ou matériels de sonorisation ayant servi à la commission de l’infraction.

Les personnes morales déclarées responsables, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 121-2 du code pénal, des infractions définies aux R. 1336-14 et R. 1336-15 encourent la peine de confiscation des dispositifs ou matériels de sonorisation qui ont servi à commettre l’infraction.
