Article R1337-8 of the French Public Health Code

Natural persons guilty of the offences provided for in articles R. 1337-6 and R. 1337-7 are also liable to the additional penalty of confiscation of the thing that was used or intended to be used to commit the offence or of the thing that is the product of the offence.

Les personnes physiques coupables des infractions prévues aux articles R. 1337-6 et R. 1337-7 encourent également la peine complémentaire de confiscation de la chose qui a servi ou était destinée à commettre l’infraction ou de la chose qui en est le produit.
