Article R141-10 of the French Sports Code

The Conciliators’ Conference, instituted by article L. 141-4, is made up of a minimum of thirteen members and a maximum of twenty-one members, recognised for their knowledge of the organisation of sporting activities and their expertise in legal matters. These persons are appointed for the duration of the Olympiad by the Board of Directors of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee on the recommendation of its Ethics Committee.

La conférence des conciliateurs, instituée par l’article L. 141-4, est composée de treize membres au moins et vingt-et-un membres au plus, reconnus pour leur connaissance de l’organisation des activités sportives et leur compétence en matière juridique. Ces personnalités sont nommées pour la durée de l’olympiade par le conseil d’administration du Comité national olympique et sportif français sur proposition de son comité de déontologie.
