Article R141-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

An individual who does not meet the condition set out in article R. 141-2 may only be entered or re-entered on the list if he or she meets the following conditions:
1° Exercise his or her activity or be domiciled within the jurisdiction of the judicial court;
2° Prove his or her competence by means of a diploma or experience acquired in the field of interpreting or translation;
3° Not have been the perpetrator of acts contrary to honour, probity or morality.

Article R141-3

Une personne physique ne remplissant pas la condition prévue par l’article R. 141-2 ne peut être inscrite ou réinscrite sur la liste que si elle remplit les conditions suivantes :
1° Exercer son activité ou être domiciliée dans le ressort du tribunal judiciaire ;
2° Justifier de sa compétence par le diplôme ou l’expérience acquis dans le domaine de l’interprétariat ou de la traduction ;
3° N’avoir pas été l’auteur de faits contraires à l’honneur, à la probité ou aux bonnes mœurs.
