Article R141-4 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A legal entity that does not meet the condition laid down in article R. 141-2 may only be registered on the list if it meets the following conditions:
1° Its registered office is located within the jurisdiction of the judicial court;
2° Its employees likely to perform an interpreting or translation assignment meet the conditions laid down in 2° and 3° of article R. 141-3;
3° Its directors meet the requirements laid down in 3° of article R. 141-3.

Article R141-4

Une personne morale ne remplissant pas la condition prévue par l’article R. 141-2 ne peut être inscrite sur la liste que si elle remplit les conditions suivantes :
1° Son siège est situé dans le ressort du tribunal judiciaire ;
2° Ses préposés susceptibles d’exercer une mission d’interprétariat ou de traduction remplissent les conditions prévues aux 2° et 3° de l’article R. 141-3 ;
3° Ses dirigeants satisfont aux exigences posées au 3° de l’article R. 141-3.
