When, following a new delimitation of judicial districts, the jurisdiction of an industrial tribunal is modified, the industrial tribunal initially seised remains competent to rule on proceedings instituted prior to the modification.

Lorsqu’à la suite d’une nouvelle délimitation de circonscriptions judiciaires, le ressort d’un conseil de prud’hommes est modifié, le conseil de prud’hommes initialement saisi demeure compétent pour statuer sur les procédures introduites antérieurement à la modification.
