Article R1412-5 of the French Labour Code

When an employee is temporarily seconded on national territory by a company established in another Member State of the European Union, disputes relating to the rights recognised in the matters listed in Article L. 1262-4 may be brought before the industrial tribunal within whose jurisdiction the service is being or has been provided.
Where the service is or has been performed within the jurisdiction of several industrial tribunals, such disputes shall be brought before any one of these courts.

Lorsqu’un salarié est temporairement détaché sur le territoire national par une entreprise établie dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne, les contestations relatives aux droits reconnus dans les matières énumérées à l’article L. 1262-4 peuvent être portées devant le conseil de prud’hommes dans le ressort duquel la prestation est ou a été exécutée.
Lorsque la prestation est ou a été exécutée dans le ressort de plusieurs conseils de prud’hommes, ces contestations sont portées devant l’une quelconque de ces juridictions.
