Article R1413-89-2 of the French Public Health Code

In Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the first sentence of the last paragraph of article R. 1413-83 reads as follows: “The centre is a member of the territorial vigilance and support network mentioned in article R. 1413-65. “Article R. 1413-77 reads as follows: “The regional healthcare quality and patient safety support structures designated under article R. 1413-76 are members of the territorial vigilance and support network mentioned in article R. 1413-65. “.

In 3° of article R. 1413-90, the words: “regional vigilance and support network” are replaced by the following words: “territorial vigilance and support network”.

The Prefect may have recourse to the regional antibiotic therapy centre of another region with the agreement of the Director General of the competent Regional Health Agency.

A Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, la première phrase du dernier alinéa de l’article R. 1413-83 est ainsi rédigée : “ Le centre est membre du réseau territorial de vigilance et d’appui mentionné à l’article R. 1413-65. ” et l’article R. 1413-77 est ainsi rédigé : “ Les structures régionales d’appui à la qualité des soins et à la sécurité des patients désignées dans le cadre de l’article R. 1413-76 sont membres du réseau territorial de vigilances et d’appui mentionné à l’article R. 1413-65. ”.

Au 3° de l’article R. 1413-90, les mots : “ réseau régional de vigilances et d’appui ” sont remplacés par les mots suivants : ‟ réseau territorial de vigilances et d’appui ”.

Le préfet peut recourir au centre régional en antibiothérapie d’une autre région avec l’accord du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé compétente
