Article R1415-1-11 of the French Public Health Code

The oncologist, paediatrician or attending physician of any person benefiting from the scheme provided for in 3° of article L. 160-14 of the French Social Security Code and who has received cancer treatment may prescribe, up to twelve months after the end of their treatment, all or some of the services provided for in article L. 1415-8, which make up their overall care pathway following cancer treatment.

This care pathway, which is tailored to the individual’s needs, includes, where appropriate, a physical activity assessment, leading to the development of an adapted physical activity plan, a dietetic assessment, a psychological assessment as well as dietetic and psychological follow-up consultations within the limit of the number set by order of the ministers responsible for health and social security.

It is provided within twelve months of the first assessment.

Le cancérologue, pédiatre ou médecin traitant de toute personne bénéficiant du dispositif prévu au 3° de l’article L. 160-14 du code de la sécurité sociale et ayant reçu un traitement contre le cancer peut lui prescrire, jusqu’à douze mois après la fin de son traitement, tout ou partie des prestations prévues à l’article L. 1415-8, qui composent son parcours de soins global après le traitement d’un cancer.

Ce parcours, individualisé en fonction des besoins de la personne, comprend, le cas échéant, un bilan d’activité physique, qui donne lieu à l’élaboration d’un projet d’activité physique adaptée, un bilan diététique, un bilan psychologique ainsi que des consultations de suivi diététiques et psychologiques dans la limite du nombre fixé par arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé et de la sécurité sociale.

Il est dispensé dans les douze mois suivant la réalisation du premier bilan.
