Article R142-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The office of employee representative is incompatible with any other legal office representing the interests of employees within the company. The term of office is automatically terminated if the person concerned resigns or loses his or her right to stand for election.

Le mandat de conseiller représentant le personnel est incompatible avec toute autre fonction de représentation légale des intérêts du personnel à l’intérieur de l’entreprise. Son mandat cesse de plein droit par suite de démission ou si l’intéressé perd ses droits à l’éligibilité.
