Article R142-11 of the French Sports Code

The Minister responsible for sport notifies the federation concerned of the opinion of the commission examining federal regulations relating to sports facilities, accompanied, where applicable, by the opinion of the Conseil national d’évaluation des normes.

The opinions are published, together with the regulations definitively adopted by the federation, in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Sport and in accordance with the procedures set out in article R. 131-36.

The new regulations relating to sports facilities may not come into force before the expiry of a period of two months following their publication in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Sport.

Article R142-11

Le ministre chargé des sports notifie à la fédération intéressée l’avis de la commission d’examen des règlements fédéraux relatifs aux équipements sportifs, accompagné, le cas échéant, de l’avis du Conseil national d’évaluation des normes.

Les avis sont publiés, conjointement avec le règlement définitivement adopté par la fédération, au Bulletin officiel du ministère chargé des sports et selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 131-36.

L’entrée en vigueur du nouveau règlement relatif aux équipements sportifs ne peut intervenir avant l’expiration d’un délai de deux mois suivant sa publication au Bulletin officiel du ministère chargé des sports.
