Article R142-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Each member of the General Council, other than the Governor, the Deputy Governors, the Vice-Chairman of the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution and the General Councillor representing staff, shall receive an allowance for each meeting of the General Council attended, set by the General Council and not exceeding one-fifth of the average of the lowest and highest monthly remuneration attaching to the grade of Conseiller d’Etat.

Article R142-4

Chaque membre du conseil général, autre que le gouverneur, les sous-gouverneurs, le vice-président de l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution et le conseiller général représentant le personnel, perçoit pour chaque réunion du conseil général à laquelle il assiste une indemnité fixée par le conseil général dans la limite du cinquième de la moyenne de la rémunération mensuelle la plus basse et de la rémunération mensuelle la plus haute attachée au grade de conseiller d’Etat.
