Article R142-56 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

With the exception of those mentioned in this article, DNA processing data shall not be transferred or interconnected, linked or reconciled with any other processing.
The civil status data of the asylum seeker and the data relating to the administrative situation of the asylum seeker mentioned in I and II of Annex 7 are transmitted to the French Office for Immigration and Integration via the AGDREF2 application, implemented by the General Directorate for Foreigners in France of the Ministry of the Interior.
These same data are transmitted to the health staff of the French Office for Immigration and Integration via the DNA processing system when the Office’s doctor is asked to issue an opinion under the conditions set out in article R. 522-2.
The transmissions mentioned in article R. 142-54 are made by secure electronic means, using methods that guarantee the confidentiality of the data transmitted.
The French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons keeps the data and information mentioned in A of III of the annexe 7, transmitted in application of 3° of article R. 142-54. They are updated in this processing system when new information is provided by the applicant or the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration.

A l’exception de celles mentionnées dans le présent article, les données du traitement DNA ne font pas l’objet d’une cession ni d’une interconnexion, mise en relation ou rapprochement avec un autre traitement.
Les données d’état civil du demandeur d’asile et les données relatives à la situation administrative du demandeur d’asile mentionnées aux I et II de l’annexe 7 sont transmises à l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration par l’intermédiaire de l’application AGDREF2, mise en œuvre par la direction générale des étrangers en France du ministère de l’intérieur.
Ces mêmes données sont transmises aux personnels de santé de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration par l’intermédiaire du traitement DNA quand le médecin de l’office est saisi pour émettre un avis dans les conditions fixées par l’article R. 522-2.
Les transmissions mentionnées à l’article R. 142-54 sont effectuées par voie électronique sécurisée, selon des modalités garantissant la confidentialité des données transmises.
L’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides conserve dans le traitement INEREC les données et informations mentionnées au A du III de l’annexe 7, transmises en application du 3° de l’article R. 142-54. Elles sont mises à jour dans ce traitement lors de la transmission par le demandeur, ou l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration, d’éléments nouveaux.
