Article R142-58 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The rights of access and rectification provided for by Articles 15 and 16 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and by Articles 49 and 50 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 may be exercised with the Director General of the French Office for Immigration and Integration.
The right to object provided for by Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and by Article 56 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 does not apply to the processing mentioned in Article R. 142-51.

Les droits d’accès et de rectification prévus par les articles 15 et 16 du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 et par les articles 49 et 50 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 s’exercent auprès du directeur général de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration.
Le droit d’opposition prévu par l’article 21 du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 et par l’article 56 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 ne s’applique pas au traitement mentionné à l’article R. 142-51.
