In accordance with Article 23 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and in order to guarantee the right of residence of legal residents and to combat the illegal entry and residence of foreigners, the right to object, provided for in Article 21 of the same Regulation and Article 56 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, does not apply to this processing.

Conformément à l’article 23 du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 et afin de garantir le droit au séjour des personnes en situation régulière et de lutter contre l’entrée et le séjour irréguliers des étrangers, le droit d’opposition, prévu à l’article 21 du même règlement et à l’article 56 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978, ne s’applique pas au présent traitement.
