Article R1423-26 of the French Labour Code

The rules of procedure are enforceable only after they have been approved by the first president of the court of appeal and the public prosecutor at the court of appeal. If they have not given their opinion within three months of receiving the rules of procedure, the provisions of these rules shall become enforceable.

Le règlement intérieur n’est exécutoire qu’après avoir été approuvé par le premier président de la cour d’appel et le procureur général près la cour d’appel. Au cas où ceux-ci ne se sont pas prononcés dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la réception du règlement intérieur, les dispositions de ce règlement deviennent exécutoires.
