Article R1423-29 of the French Labour Code

Where the provisions of the rules of procedure relating to the calendar and timetable have not been duly approved by the first president of the court of appeal and the public prosecutor at the court of appeal, these provisions are determined by analogy with the calendar and timetable of the ordinary courts having their seat within the jurisdiction of the court of appeal to which the council is attached.

Lorsque les dispositions du règlement intérieur relatives au calendrier et aux horaires n’ont pas été régulièrement approuvées par le premier président de la cour d’appel et le procureur général près la cour d’appel, ces dispositions sont déterminées par analogie avec les calendrier et horaires des juridictions de droit commun ayant leur siège dans le ressort de la cour d’appel dont relève le conseil.
