Article R1423-6 of the French Labour Code

Cases are divided between the sections of the industrial tribunal in accordance with :

1° For the management section, article L. 1423-1-2 ;

2° For the other sections, the allocation table provided for in Article R. 1423-4.

For the application of 2° of this article, changes to the table made in application of article R. 1423-4 are only taken into account from the appointment of the industrial tribunal members following publication of the order.

Article R1423-6

Les affaires sont réparties entre les sections du conseil de prud’hommes en application :

1° Pour la section de l’encadrement, de l’article L. 1423-1-2 ;

2° Pour les autres sections, du tableau de répartition prévu à l’article R. 1423-4.

Pour l’application du 2° du présent article, les modifications du tableau opérées en application de l’article R. 1423-4 ne sont prises en compte qu’à compter de la nomination des conseillers prud’hommes qui suit la publication de l’arrêté.
