In addition to the officers and non-commissioned officers whose number is determined by the previous article, there are officers in post in the groups whose maximum number is set by joint order of the minister responsible for civil security, the minister responsible for the budget and the minister responsible for the civil service.

Aux officiers et sous-officiers dont le nombre est déterminé par l’article précédent s’ajoutent les officiers en fonction dans les groupements dont le nombre maximum est fixé par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé de la sécurité civile, du ministre chargé du budget et du ministre chargé de la fonction publique.
