They provide for the respective contributions and the respective share of the financial contributions of each of the public entities that are members of the institution, and the provision of assets necessary for its operation as well as the provisions relating to the transfer of staff when the creation of the institution results from the transformation of an existing structure.
The order provided for in article R. 1431-1 sets the respective dates on which the contributions and the making available of assets, as well as the transfers of personnel mentioned in the previous paragraph, become effective.
