Article R1432-123 of the French Public Health Code

The trade union organisations mentioned inArticle L. 2142-1-1 of the Labour Code may appoint representatives of the trade union sections under the conditions laid down in Section II of Chapter II of Title IV of Book I of Part Two of the same Code.
