Article R1432-135 of the French Public Health Code

The Committee may only validly deliberate if half of the staff representatives with voting rights are present at the start of the meeting. If the quorum is not reached, a new notice of meeting is sent to the members of the committee within a period of at least eight days following the initial notice of meeting, which then validly sits on the same agenda regardless of the number of voting members present.

Le comité ne délibère valablement que si la moitié des représentants du personnel ayant voix délibérative sont présents à l’ouverture de la réunion. Lorsque le quorum n’est pas atteint, une nouvelle convocation est adressée aux membres du comité dans un délai d’au moins huit jours suivant la date initiale de convocation qui siège alors valablement sur le même ordre du jour quel que soit le nombre de membres ayant voix délibérative présents.
