Article R1432-69 of the French Public Health Code

The following shall be set by order of the Ministers of Health, Labour, Solidarity, the Civil Service and the Budget, after consulting the National Steering Committee of the Regional Health Agencies, for each agency:

1° The group to which it belongs;

2° The number of management posts;

3° The level or levels of the corresponding management posts.

Article R1432-69

Sont fixés par arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé, du travail, de la solidarité, de la fonction publique et du budget, après avis du Conseil national de pilotage des agences régionales de santé, pour chaque agence :

1° Le groupe auquel elle appartient ;

2° Le nombre des emplois de direction ;

3° Le ou les niveaux des emplois de direction correspondants.
