Article R1432-70-1 of the French Public Health Code

In order to implement the powers of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee in the field of health, safety and working conditions, the members of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee or, where applicable, of the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Commission, visit the agency’s premises at regular intervals, in accordance with the conditions set out in article 63 and the second paragraph of article 93 of decree no. 2020-1427 of 20 November 2020 relating to administrative social committees in State administrations and public establishments. The report resulting from this visit is submitted to the committee.

They shall exercise the prerogatives laid down in articles 5-5 to 5-10 of decree no. 82-453 of 28 May 1982 on occupational health and safety and medical prevention in the civil service and inarticle 67 of decree no. 2020-1427 of 20 November 2020 on administrative social committees in State administrations and public establishments in the event of a situation of serious and imminent danger.

Pour la mise en œuvre des compétences du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail dans le champ de la santé, de la sécurité et des conditions de travail, les membres du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail ou, le cas échéant, de la commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail, procèdent à intervalles réguliers, à la visite des locaux de l’agence, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 63 et au deuxième alinéa de l’article 93 du décret n° 2020-1427 du 20 novembre 2020 relatif aux comités sociaux d’administration dans les administrations et les établissements publics de l’Etat. Le rapport résultant de cette visite est soumis au comité.

Ils exercent les prérogatives fixées aux articles 5-5 à 5-10 du décret n° 82-453 du 28 mai 1982 relatif à l’hygiène et à la sécurité du travail ainsi qu’à la prévention médicale dans la fonction publique et à l’article 67 du décret n° 2020-1427 du 20 novembre 2020 relatif aux comités sociaux d’administration dans les administrations et les établissements publics de l’Etat en cas de situation de danger grave et imminent.
