Each year, the single social report provided for in article L. 231-1 of the General Civil Service Code, drawn up by the Managing Director of the Agency, is presented to the Agency and Working Conditions Committee. In particular, it includes information on the general situation regarding health, safety and working conditions and the actions taken in these areas over the past year. An annual programme for the prevention of occupational risks and the improvement of working conditions is submitted to the Agency and Working Conditions Committee or, where applicable, to the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee, for its opinion.
