Article R1432-70 of the French Public Health Code

Each year, the single social report provided for in article L. 231-1 of the General Civil Service Code, drawn up by the Managing Director of the Agency, is presented to the Agency and Working Conditions Committee. In particular, it includes information on the general situation regarding health, safety and working conditions and the actions taken in these areas over the past year. An annual programme for the prevention of occupational risks and the improvement of working conditions is submitted to the Agency and Working Conditions Committee or, where applicable, to the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee, for its opinion.

Chaque année, le rapport social unique prévu à l’article L. 231-1 du code général de la fonction publique, établi par le directeur général de l’agence est présenté au comité d’agence et des conditions de travail. Il comprend notamment les éléments relatifs à la situation générale de la santé, de la sécurité et des conditions de travail et des actions menées dans ces domaines au cours de l’année écoulée. Un programme annuel de prévention des risques professionnels et d’amélioration des conditions de travail est soumis pour avis au comité d’agence et des conditions de travail ou, le cas échéant, à la commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail.
