The regional health agency pays the Agency and Working Conditions Committee an annual operating subsidy equivalent to 0.2% of the gross wage bill, less the sum corresponding to the staff resources it allocates to it.
This sum is in addition to the subsidy earmarked for social and cultural activities.
The committee may decide, by deliberation, to devote part of its operating budget to financing training for local representatives and union delegates.
This sum and the way it is used are recorded in the committee’s annual accounts.
In the event of a budget surplus, the annual operating budget surplus may be transferred to the budget for social and cultural activities, up to a limit of 10% of this surplus.
