Article R1434-2 of the French Public Health Code

The strategic policy framework, the regional health plan and the regional programme for access to prevention and care for the most disadvantaged people, which make up the regional health project, may be adopted separately in accordance with the procedure laid down in 1° of I of article R. 1434-1.

Decisions adopting the documents referred to in the previous paragraph are published in the Recueil des actes administratifs of the prefecture of the region in which the agency has its registered office. They shall mention the website where these documents may be consulted.

These documents may be revised at any time by order of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, in accordance with the procedure laid down in 2° of I of Article R. 1434-1.

The Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy is informed each year of the implementation of the regional health project.

Article R1434-2

Le cadre d’orientation stratégique, le schéma régional de santé et le programme régional d’accès à la prévention et aux soins des personnes les plus démunies qui constituent le projet régional de santé peuvent être arrêtés séparément selon la procédure prévue au 1° du I de l’article R. 1434-1.

Les décisions arrêtant les documents mentionnés à l’alinéa précédent sont publiées au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture de région dans laquelle l’agence a son siège. Elles mentionnent le site internet où ces documents peuvent être consultés.

Ces documents peuvent être révisés à tout moment par arrêté du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, selon la procédure prévue au 2° du I de l’article R. 1434-1.

La conférence régionale de la santé et de l’autonomie est informée chaque année du suivi de la mise en œuvre du projet régional de santé.
