The regional health plan also includes quantitative and qualitative objectives aimed at forecasting the development of healthcare provision by healthcare activity and heavy equipment mentioned in article L. 6122-1 and the provision of medico-social establishments and services. The regional health agency shall specify the procedures for monitoring and evaluating the provisions of the plan, particularly with regard to the efficiency of its provisions. The regional health plan is revised at least every five years, after an assessment has been made of the extent to which its objectives have been achieved.
