The Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall delimit the territories of health democracy within the region in order to allow, in each territory:
1° the projects of the Regional Health Agency, professionals and local and regional authorities to be consistent with each other;
2° the expression of the stakeholders in the health system, and in particular that of users, to be taken into account.
II – The Director General of the Regional Health Agency first obtains the opinions of the Prefect of the region, the Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy and the local and regional authorities concerned, who have two months from the date of electronic publication of the consultation notice to forward their opinions to the Regional Health Agency.
Once this period has elapsed, the opinion is deemed to have been given.
III – The Chief Executive Officers of the Regional Health Agencies may jointly define a common health democracy territory within the remit of their agencies using the same procedure.
