Article R1451-5 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of article R. 4113-110 are applicable, when they do not belong to the health professions, to the persons mentioned in article L. 1451-1 and to persons occasionally collaborating in the work of the consultative commissions sitting with the ministers responsible for health and social security.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 4113-110 sont applicables, lorsqu’elles n’appartiennent pas aux professions de santé, aux personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 1451-1 et aux personnes collaborant occasionnellement aux travaux des commissions consultatives siégeant auprès des ministres chargés de la santé et de la sécurité sociale.
