Article R1451-6 of the French Public Health Code

The debates of the commissions, councils and collegiate bodies mentioned in I of Article R. 1451-1 that lead to the adoption of an opinion on a public health or health safety issue are recorded in their entirety and the minutes distributed as provided for in Article L. 1451-1-1 . These opinions may or may not be sought by the competent authority prior to an administrative decision.

Participants are informed of the recording at the latest at the start of the debates concerned.

Font l’objet de l’enregistrement intégral et de la diffusion de procès-verbaux prévus à l’article L. 1451-1-1 les débats des commissions, conseils et instances collégiales mentionnés au I de l’article R. 1451-1 conduisant à l’adoption d’un avis sur une question de santé publique ou de sécurité sanitaire recueilli, à titre obligatoire ou facultatif, par l’autorité compétente préalablement à une décision administrative.
