Article R1451-8 of the French Public Health Code

The minister, the chairman of the authority, the director or the chief executive of the establishment or grouping concerned may decide to make the recordings mentioned in article R. 1451-6 available online on the website of the administration, authority, establishment or grouping concerned, while respecting the confidentiality protected by law. They will then remain accessible online for a period set by the latter, which may not be less than one year.

When these provisions are applied, the participants in the debates concerned are informed at the latest at the time of publication online.

Article R1451-8

La mise en ligne, dans le respect des secrets protégés par la loi, des enregistrements mentionnés à l’article R. 1451-6 sur le site internet de l’administration, de l’autorité, de l’établissement ou du groupement concerné peut être décidée, selon le cas, par le ministre, le président de l’autorité, le directeur ou le directeur général de l’établissement ou du groupement. Ils demeurent alors accessibles en ligne pour une durée fixée par ce dernier et qui ne peut être inférieure à un an.

Lorsqu’il est fait application de ces dispositions, les participants aux débats concernés en sont informés au plus tard au moment de la mise en ligne.
