Article R1453-9 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of article R. 1453-3, with the exception of the last three paragraphs of I, and the provisions of articles R. 1453-4 to R. 1453-7 apply to agreements entered into by companies producing or marketing products mentioned in 14°, 15° and 17° of article L. 5311-1, to the remuneration they pay and to the other benefits they provide.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 1453-3, à l’exception des trois derniers alinéas du I, et les dispositions des articles R. 1453-4 à R. 1453-7 s’appliquent aux conventions conclues par les entreprises produisant ou commercialisant des produits mentionnés aux 14°, 15° et 17° de l’article L. 5311-1, aux rémunérations qu’elles versent, ainsi qu’aux autres avantages qu’elles procurent.
