In the event of an appeal relating to redundancy for economic reasons, and within a period of eight days from the date on which it receives the summons to appear before the conciliation and referral office, the employer shall submit or send to the registry by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt the information mentioned in article L. 1235-9 so that it can be added to the file.
Within the same timeframe, it shall send these items to the plaintiff by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
The notice to attend sent to the employer reminds him of this obligation.
